Before the Trip
How do I best contact BMobility24 or make changes to my booking?
Changes or adjustments are part of the contract and are exclusively made via email to dispo@bmobility24.de and will be confirmed by us. If the journey takes place within the next 24 hours, please also call us.
How do I best contact Premiumbus or make changes to my bus booking?
We are available for consultation via email or phone at any time. Changes and adjustments to the VIP bus booking alter the concluded contract and must be additionally sent to us via email at vip@premiumbusberlin.de. If your VIP bus rental takes place within the next 48 hours, please also call us.
Are there additional service options for my VIP bus booking?
You can book various drink or catering packages, such as a water flat rate or Nespresso flat rate. Hostess service, city tours, luggage and porter service, welcome service at the airport or main station are available upon request. We can also accommodate other individual requests. Please reach out to us for more information.
Can I contact the driver?
Yes, you can see the current status at any time via the link in the booking confirmation and, at the latest, 24 hours before the trip, you will see the contact number of your driver.

How can I reach someone if I have booked a trip, even outside office hours?
Outside office hours, if you dial 030-921 140 280, an answering machine will provide an emergency number, where you can reach a staff member personally in urgent cases. Questions about the VIP Bus Ride
My booking only states the departure time, but when will the bus be on site?
The bus aims to be at your starting point at least 15 minutes before the specified departure time.
Is my bus equipped with an emergency toilet?
For buses with a capacity of 34 seats or more and a travel distance of 100 km or more, we guarantee a toilet on board your VIP bus. This toilet has limited capacity. Short toilet breaks can be arranged after consulting with the driver. The use of toilets is legally prohibited in city traffic.
Is eating and drinking allowed on the bus?
We offer the option to pre-order drinks before the trip with a minimum order quantity. The chauffeur also provides still water and soft drinks as standard. Billing is done by prior agreement through invoicing or in cash to the chauffeur.
Luggage
All buses are equipped with sufficient luggage space. Each passenger can bring at least 1 large suitcase and one piece of hand luggage. The transport of special luggage such as skis, large musical instruments, etc., must be coordinated before booking.
After the Trip
Lost and Found:
If you have forgotten items or anything else on the bus, please contact us exclusively via email at vip@premiumbusberlin.com with the following information if possible:
(When did the trip take place, from where to where did the trip go, where did you approximately forget it, what item did you lose -> if possible)When will I receive an invoice for my booking?
Unless otherwise agreed, you will receive your invoice by email after the trip.

Seatbelt use is mandatory for all passengers on all buses.

Who is liable for contamination or damage?
The costs for standard cleaning are included in the price. Any contamination requiring special cleaning will be invoiced. In case of contamination due to negligence or alcohol consumption, the driver can collect these charges in cash. The same applies to damages caused by the customer inside and outside the bus.
What do I need to consider when traveling with toddlers?
We recommend transporting toddlers between 0 and 3 years in child seats. These should be fastened during the journey with the two-point seat belts installed in the bus and brought along by the accompanying adults.
